Vancouver
Fly into Vancouver and make your way independently to your hotel. We recommend 2-3 nights in Vancouver to explore this beautiful waterfront city to discover, Stanley Park, Granville Island, Gastown, and savour diverse dining.

Day 2 - 3
Vancouver – Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay via BC Ferries – Victoria (71 miles)
Pick up your car this morning and make your way to Tsawwassen and onboard the ferry to Swartz Bay on Vancouver Island. Enjoy the short drive to reach Victoria, explore the historic Inner Harbour, visit the Royal BC Museum, enjoy Butchart Gardens, and experience the vibrant local culture and cuisine.

Day 4 - 5
Victoria – Wild Renfrew West Coast Trail Lodge, Port Renfrew (67 miles)
Depart Victoria and drive to the Wild Renfrew West Coast Trail Lodge in Port Renfrew Upon arrival at West Coast Trail Lodge, settle in and explore the grounds. Port Renfrew, a stroll away, and local beaches teem with diverse flora and fauna. Begin your West Coast adventure with a 3.5-hour whale watching and wildlife tour. Discover iconic landmarks, hear the region's history, and spot whales, sea lions, and marine birds. Keep an eye out for wildlife amidst old-growth forests. Return to the lodge for a leisurely remainder of the day.
Accommodation is in the main lodge; each standard room is equipped with 2 queen beds and private bathroom. The Main Lodge is within short walking distance to the Port Renfrew pub.

Day 6 – 7
Wild Renfrew West Coast Trail Lodge, Port Renfrew – Parksville (107 miles)
Explore Parksville Beach's sandy shores. Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park offers an expansive sandy beach and low tide for long walks. Hike and discover waterfalls at Englishman River Falls Provincial Park. Cathedral Grove showcases giant trees. Little Qualicum Falls Provincial Park features stunning waterfalls and trails. Parksville Community Park offers waterfront paths and events. Visit Morningstar Farm for local produce and a petting zoo. Immerse yourself in Butterfly World and Gardens' tropical rainforest with thousands of butterflies.

Day 8
Parksville – Nanaimo Bay to Horseshoe Bay via BC Ferries – Vancouver (69 miles)
This morning depart Parksville and head to Nanaimo and return to Vancouver via ferry. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife throughout your time on board. Once arrived in Horseshoe Bay, make your way to Vancouver airport for your flight home. Alternatively, add on an additional night in Vancouver for a leisurely end to your trip.
