Located in Saskatchewan’s beautiful countryside with 5,000 acres of land and views of Saskatchewan River Valley, La Reata Ranch is a family owned working cattle-guest ranch. Guests can experience a hands-on approach in ranch activities; pair up with a horse throughout your stay and create a precious bond as you groom and care for them. Enjoy riding through the grassy fields taking in the stunning prairie landscape.

The ranch encourages guests to take part in a variety of traditional “cowboy experiences” (seasonal) including cattle drive and trail rides. For thrill seekers – have the opportunity to tie a lasso and barrel racing. With such a vast space, enjoy an abundance of activities including swimming, boating and fishing.

Enjoy evening cookouts under the stars with cowboy sing-a-longs around a campfire. Guests should bring a pair of jeans, boots with heel for riding, warm clothing, jacket and swimwear.
